Finally Off

That moment when you finally get home, shut the door, and take your bra off.
It’s such a small thing, but when your body hurts every day, comfort can feel like a luxury. That first deep breath. The feeling of nothing digging in, nothing pressing against you, nothing you have to tolerate for the sake of getting through the day.
Just relief.
Finally Off is about finding joy in those tiny moments when, for a few minutes, your body feels a little more like your own.
The Little Things is a series about finding joy in the ordinary moments that can mean so much when you live with chronic illness. The small comforts, simple pleasures and fleeting moments of happiness that remind us that even on the difficult days, there are still little things worth celebrating.
